Golden Confetti in Our Lobby – The BelArosa Chalet Opens Its Doors
A vision, years of planning, endless calculations – and now it stands before us: the BelArosa Chalet. We celebrated this special moment with a grand opening festivity. For three weeks, our first guests will put the Chalet to the test, before we officially open the doors on December 20.
What began in the summer of 2012 as a vision gradually took shape through passionate discussions, creative approaches, and precise planning. Ground was finally broken in the summer of 2020. After 20 months of construction – during which 11,000 cubic meters of earth were moved, 1,730 tons of concrete poured, and 121 tons of steel installed – the topping-out ceremony in August 2023 crowned the roof of our Chalet. A milestone that allowed us to pause and look back with deep gratitude.
Rethinking Luxury
Now, hostess Meike-Cathérine Bambach and her team look forward to welcoming our very first guests. The BelArosa Chalet, nestled in the Grisons mountains, represents a new interpretation of luxury: refined materials, meticulous attention to detail, and – above all – freedom and flexibility. Our guiding question is simple: How would you like it? The answer creates a highly private, extraordinary atmosphere – a cocoon in the heart of the Alps, a place that feels like home.
