Our wine cellar. Nothing but the b-est.
Our wine cellar boasts wines from 80 top producers. From easy-drinking to sophisticated, from velvety to edgy, from local to international, from exquisite to very rare. Sparkling, white, rosé and red.
We love fine wines – so we have a long-standing friendship with the Bündner Herrschaft and dedicated winemakers from Fläsch to Malans, who give us their very best vintages to show off.
From our western neighbours, we’ve collected finds from hidden chateaux in Bordeaux and from historic sites in Burgundy.
From the south, we present bottles from family wineries in Tuscany and Lombardy as well as Sicily.
Our passion for Priorat vines, which have been re-cultivated by hippies since the late 1980s, also gives you a chance to enjoy their floral bouquets.
A well-tempered wine cabinet is part of the kitchen equipment in every chalet, but we’d also be happy to serve you our fine wines in the fireplace lounge.
Daily Wine Tasting in the Wine Cellar
Join us for a glass in our wine cellar: every day from 5 to 6 pm.
We open 2 to 4 selected wines from our by-the-glass selection – sometimes local, sometimes international, always served with a little story, a sip of background knowledge and plenty of joy for fine wine.
In this personal and relaxed setting, you may discover a new favourite – perhaps even the perfect wine to accompany your tapas menu later on. The wines tasted are also the ones you can choose from for your dinner pairing.
