We invite you to enjoy an abundant gourmet picnic, served on a secluded alpine meadow beneath the wide blue skies of Arosa. As you arrive, you will find yourself in awe — not only of the carefully curated delicacies prepared by our kitchen team and presented in your food hamper, but also of the breathtaking surroundings.

In the distance, the Plessur Alps rise dramatically — part of Arosa's very own “Dolomites”. Steep rock faces bathed in soft light, vibrant green meadows dotted with blooming marsh marigolds — a setting as unforgettable as the cuisine itself.

Savoury highlights may include:

Summer leaf salad with young greens, peach, pine nuts and flamed burrata, served with Chalet dressing

Salad Niçoise with tuna, beans, potatoes, cucumber, capers and onions

Swiss salmon tartare with avocado, ponzu, celery, peppers, cucumber, onions and sesame

Marinated asparagus with Jamón

Alpine mountain cheese with sourdough bread, sun-dried tomato butter, roasted organic almonds and homemade cooked ham

Homemade cheesecake with rhubarb compote
